How can I track my order?
You will receive an email after your package has been dispatched with the tracking details.
My order is a gift, will it arrive in time?
You can see an estimated delivery time at the product page. In the mean time we will work as hard as can we can to get your order delivered in a timely fashion!
What is the estimated time of delivery?
The estimated time of delivery depends on the manufacturing process, as well as shipping and handling. Generally speaking, most orders inside Europe and North America get delivered within 7 days! For other continents our estimation is between 7 - 14 days.
Here's a list of the expected delivery times per region:
- UK: 1-3 business days.
- EU: 1-7 business days.
- US/CA: 1-7 business days.
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Is it possible to make a change to my order?
Your order will immediatly be processed after fulfilling the payment. The timeframe between the payment and 'in process' is sometimes within 1 hour. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to change something to your order.
How does my order get packaged?
Our prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes unless they are A4 or smaller and being delivered in the UK or mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).
Will I receive my confirmation e-mail?
As soon as you place an order, we send the confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address used to place it. If you can't find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't get lost there.

Formula Home ships to all countries in the world.
What are the prints made of? Are they high-quality?
Formula Home's prints are guaranteed to be high-quality. We use premium museum-quality prints that are made of 280gsm paper with a matte finish.
My order is damaged or the wrong item, what can I do?
We're very sorry if this is the case for you. However, we aim to fix this as soon as possible. Just get in contact with our customer service team and we will help you accordingly!
